Record-Keeping (2257)

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Under 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, masturbatewithothers.live is neither a primary producer nor a secondary producer of images that show real or simulated sexually explicit conduct.

What you find on this site is text and the page design. There are no photographs or films of people here. We neither shoot, upload, keep nor edit explicit pictures of anyone.

The chat window on the start page is run from start to finish by Coomeet, an outside company, on its own machines. Its users send the streams; we do not record or archive any of them. Age checks and record keeping for that service are Coomeet’s legal responsibility, so questions about them should go there.

Anyone who appears on this site or can be reached through it has to be at least 18. Should you ever suspect a minor on camera, leave the session and report it to the CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org), and send us a line through the contact form.
